The IKOR facility is located outside the City of Puntarenas in the Province of Puntarenas has approximately 150,000 residents, with full time unemployment around 18%. Many of the residents are highly skilled. In some cases already highly trained in quality manufacturing techniques. The IKOR facility is approximately 1.5 hours from the San Jose International Airport (SJO), 5 hours from the Caribbean Ports in Limon, and 15 minutes from the Pacific Port of Caldera.

The IKOR facility is approximately 20,000 square feet and is located in one of Costa Rica’s Duty-Free Zones, known as “Zona Franca Puntarenas”. The opportunities for IKOR and its customers, our strategic partners, are not limited by the IKOR facility’s current square footage as there are a number of adjacent buildings with space available as needed, both on a short or long basis.
